San Agustin Apartments

They only posted photos of the lobby so it was a little misleading. Maybe some rooms are updated and some aren’t? But the apartment we stayed in looked very outdated. The staff is really nice though so we didn’t mind. Everything was working perfectly fine, except we didn’t have hot water the three days we stayed there. :/

Good place to stay.

The location is a little far from the city center considering the unreliability of the public transportation system. That being said, the staff was wonderful and very responsive and I would recommend this property

I booked an apartment for my father and I, with separate rooms and a kitchen. I was informed at check in that the reserved apartment was unavailable, and we were instead given a studio style apartment with a pool. The pool access was a nice bonus, but having to climb a ladder to sleep on top of the bathroom was not fun. I also snore, which is why I wanted separate rooms. My Dad barely slept. We were without hot water for the first day of our 4 night stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, I just wish someone had communicated earlier about the change in the reservation. If they had, I would have made other arrangements.

Very friendly staff. Close by convenience of property area and office. 24/7 help, and bilingual. Limited restaurants in area and the beach is about a mile and a half walk. Mostly going to have to move by Uber or car. Its about 10 mins from Old San Juan where yu can find tourist attractions and souvenirs.

My friend got bite from what the doctor told her is a bed-bugs bit, so I would check for those in the beds and couch. The place was fine and nice except from the bed-bugs and we didn’t had enough towels. When we enter the place we expected to have 3 beds one in one room and 2 in another which was what we paid for but we only had two beds in two separate rooms. As well the place was supposed to have a microwave and it did not.

Great property management and prompt responses. They checked up with us at all points in our stay. Quiet and cute apartment.

The area is pretty close to everything and close proximity to the old town. Parking was great! And the overall apartment is quiet and feels safe!

Customer service was excellent. Property was very average overall. Location had some food options nearby with a bakery next door. About a 15 to 20 min walk to beaches and town. Not for young children. Weird club across the street can be loud at times. Overall, just ok.
