It was cool , I did ask for tissue and they said when we find someone we will send them up , I didn’t want to be a bother so I went to go get it , it was 3 housekeepers standing there just talking I asked a hour ago . As a person who was a housekeeper before I felt they could have moved a little bit faster especially if they had time to just be chilling doing nothing .

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Puerto Rico! The staff were absolute gems—so warm, helpful, and truly went above and beyond for us. No, it’s not fancy or over-the-top, but the location? Unbeatable! Being just steps from everything made our trip so easy and fun. One huge bonus: there's a parking lot! (Trust me, that’s gold around here.) And don’t even get me started on the food—Misfit Kitchen, the food truck on the property, was ridiculously delicious. And just a short walk away, El Mex restaurant totally stole the show—another must-try! Bottom line: if you're thinking about staying here, stop thinking and just book it. It's an amazing spot all the way around.

It was nice, & it had balconies & chairs

This seemed to be in an up and coming part of Puerto de Tierra. There were a few amazing dining options and bars in a one block radius. It's also a nice 15 minute walk (by capitol and avenue of presidents) to old San Juan. Also about 15 minutes to beaches to the east. The communication was amazing. I never waited more than a few minutes for a response but they always proactively reached out first. The apartment itself is quite basic but there's plenty of room and with the free parking it was perfect for our needs. We are so happy we got a chance to spend some time in this part of PDT!

Easy walk to Old San Juan! Wonderful service from staff. Try the bakery next door.

The staff were all super friendly. There was parking available for rental vehicles. The space was clean, narrow hallways so beware if you’re a wider set person. We received complimentary beer and Champagne which was super nice! The property was secured and had a few food options on the same block. We enjoyed our stay there.
