This place is absolutely not worth the price. I’ve stayed here before, but after this last experience, never again. On the final night, the power went out at 2:30 AM and didn’t come back until 8:35 AM. It was miserably hot, no A/C, no fan — just suffering through the night. Management didn’t offer a different room until 30 minutes before the power returned. Completely useless. Amenities are a joke for the cost: Only one TV, and it’s in the living room No TVs in bedrooms No microwave Overall, very basic compared to similar-priced places that offer way more They gave a 2-hour late checkout like that made up for it. It doesn’t. Avoid this place. Poor management, subpar amenities, and zero accountability when things go wrong.

I have nothing to complain about the customer service. The people working made it very welcoming and offered to help bring our luggage to our rental when we checked out, as well as help us with unclean sheets that we discovered. There was hair that did not belong to us on the bed when se first arrived and the fitted bed sheet that covered the mattress underneath had a big yellow stain that smelled of fish. we talked to the concierge and they were qui k to send someone to change the sheets with new linen. there was some stains on the wall in thr bathroom and on our bedroo wall, but for only staying 3 days we ignored the stains and kept it going. the view outside the apartment wasnt anything special, but it wasnt horrible.

The stairs to go up to the apartment smelled really bad and the amount of flies was insane. I think the apartment we were staying was haunted bc we would hear things around 2am
