San Agustin Apartments

The security was fantastic. I enjoyed the coffee and meeting room.

I like the vintage look. I didn’t like there was no sofa in the living room to look at television only rocking chairs. The building smell like a fishy odor that turns your stomach. But the apartment was overall clean and spacious.

Apartments and spaces are tasteful and inviting. A huge draw for us is the renovation of unique architectural buildings, renovated respectfully. We loved our stay and would love to be back.

My husband and I stayed for a week in La Ferretería. My husband and I have always dreamed to come to Puerto Rico and experience the local culture and how it’s like to live in Puerto Rico. We were raised in the hood growing up. La Ferretería is located inside the Old San Juan. If you are familiar with Puertorrican culture, you will know that La Ferretería is located close/and/or in the good area. Around the area the street walls is graffiti and there’s a local club that opens every now and then which we didn’t get bothered by the loud music, if you have sensitive ears this place is not for you to spend the night in Puerto Rico. Even with that, I felt safe like a local because that’s what we wanted, to experience the local community. Everyone is so nice and welcoming even if the exterior wasn’t the nice part of town. The interior of the building has stairs that take you to your apartment. If you’re an elevator person, this apartment isn’t for you. The interior of the apartment was really clean, the rooms have a mini split. If you leave the mini split a/c on it ventilates and cools the whole apartment well. They offer housekeeping after 3 days of stay. We didn’t request it because we didn’t need it as we were outside exploring. It has a kitchen with a fridge, stovetop, some kitchenware. It doesn’t have a microwave, which we didn’t care for since we were out tasting amazing Puertorrican cuisine. I can definitely say it’s a getaway for couples for the most part. Thanks!

The property was in a nice area

Very modern setup…. Easy access. Nice design. AC worked great! Girls at the front desk were super helpful and nice! Overall great stay!
