"Ocean view, luxury, comfortable, quiet and close to everything you need"

You will not get catfished by this property. The appartement was clean, with amazing views overlooking broadbeach. We watched the sunrise each morning. The beds were soft and comfortable, kitchen had everything you needed. A very comfortable lounge. There are at least 5 cafes nearby to collect a coffee from, a short walk to be beach front and lots of places to eat at in walking distance or a 10 /15 min walk from the main broadbeach shops. Very happy with my stay and it was a great experience.

Not a complaint but an appartment of this quality I would hope for a coffee pod machine. For a 5 day stay you don't get a refresh would be my only negative comments. Which aren't a complaint just an observation.

The property had two construction sites next door. We were woken by construction noise each morning. The property was having an exterior wash on both the Thursday and Friday during our stay, so could not use the balcony for either day due to the noise and water. As the booking was done in advance it is disappointing that we were not informed that this exterior wash was occurring before we arrived. We were given an apartment on the third floor at the rear of the property, although the apartment was nice it was not very private as three other properties looked directly into the apartment, we needed to have the blinds down for more privacy.
