Opus Broadbeach - Official

The receptionist on arrival was so friendly and accommodating, and an unexpected room upgrade was a great bonus for our stay. A beautiful apartment with all the amenities we needed plus more. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds/bedding. The balcony was large and furnished perfectly to enjoy the beautiful views day and night. Lounge, dining and kitchen area were so spacious and well equipped. Windows with amazing views of the coast. We also had very tasty Fish & Chips from Lola’s which is just past the Bowls club.

Not really anything we didn’t like about the property, the tram is approximately 10 minutes walk away. A little bit of construction around (construction is everywhere though) but the noise is not excessive and didn’t bother us for our stay.

The views and location were great, the kitchen and living area were spacious and had everything you need to relax.

The room was spacious, modern and clean. Beds and pillows very comfortable! Location very close to the beach and a short walk to the main Broadbeach area.

The pool and spa area is a little lacklustre. Rooms could use more supplies to last a longer stay (we stayed 5 nights and only provided with 1 sachet of dishwashing powder etc). Booked an ocean view room, and the room was on level 7. Whilst you could see the ocean, you somewhat expect to be on a higher level when you specifically book an ocean view room.

Great location, very clean and amenities are great. Staff are very friendly, room was cleaned amazingly well halfway through the stay. Great view as well!
