Becozy Self Check-in Pop-Up Hotel Basel

Thankful for the location, the common areas were wonderful! We had a staff member Elise helped us tremendously with our room for our second night at the hotel. We are so thankful to her, she made our stay phenomenal! Thankyou Elise!

I was grateful to have the coffee machine, but I wasn’t able to download the payment app as an international, so I was leaving cash as I was able to. Complimentary coffee would be another level of satisfaction! Or another way to pay would be great too.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Good location, warm and clean , hot showers and although it’s self check in , the staff replied quickly when contacted which is rare for booking.com properties. I recommend this hostel .

Slamming of doors all through the night but that’s not the fault of the hostel , it’s the idiots who don’t have respect for other guests .

Die Lage war gut , aber die Ausstattung der Küche eine Katastrophe. Ein Kochen war kaum möglich. Die Assistenten, Sue und Eileen waren sehr hilfsbereit

Die Küchenausstattung war extrem schlecht. Ich mag nicht aufzählen was alles gefehlt hat. Unter dem Bett war es extrem staubig
