Becozy Self Check-in Pop-Up Hotel Basel

Niska cena i dosyć dobra lokalizacja, blisko linii tramwajowej. Na plus fontanna z bazyliszkiem przy wejściu do hotelu - robiła klimat. Check-in samodzielny i bezproblemowy.

W pokojach brakowało choćby symbolicznego umeblowania - jednej szafki nocnej lub stolika. Z uwagi na brak tych sprzętów trzeba się było trochę gimnastykować.

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Becozy und können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Für das Preis‑Leistungs‑Verhältnis ist es vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber sauber. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, und das Bett war angenehm. Es war ruhig, und die gemeinsamen Aufenthaltsräume sind sauber und praktisch gestaltet. Auch die Möglichkeit, das Gepäck nach dem Check‑out aufzubewahren, ist ein sehr nützliches Angebot. Deswegen vergeben wir fünf Sterne: praktisch, günstig und gut – auch wenn es kein Premium‑Angebot ist. Wer Premium möchte, muss auch bereit sein, woanders Premium‑Preise zu zahlen; ansonsten sollte man nicht meckern. :)

Das Bett war sauber und gemütlich.

Sehr dreckiges Fenster , ungepflegt Flure. Etwas unheimlich. Lage Nähe Straßenstrich.

Check in byl v pořádku a rychlí .

Při vstupu do pokoje i hned ucítíte smrad z cigaret . Přitom pokoj byl vybavený balkonem . Pokoj byl špinavý, nebylo tam žádné světlo musela jsem si zapínat nějakou lampu která se sama vypínala 🤣🤣🤣a zapínala . Ve 4.30 budíček nějaká žena se tam Vykecávala na chodbě dost hlučně je možné že byla v pokoji 🤷‍♀️. Nemam ani jedno slovo pozitivní k tomuto ubytování . A i když hotel nebyl drahý nějaká důstojnost by tam být mohla .

Vamos por partes porque esto es de traca… 1. INSEGURIDAD: al hacer el check in online, el día de antes nos dieron los datos equivocados de otra habitación y cuando llegamos y entramos estaban todas las pertenencias de otras personas, solución? Que nos habían mandado las claves al email, cuando el día anterior ya nos habían dado esas (tengo fotos de pruebas de TODO) 2. MÁS INSEGURIDAD: la gente entra y sale del hotel sin ser huéspedes, hemos visto en estos 3 días a una chica durmiendo en el “comedor” y un tipo que entra y sale constantemente de la zona donde se guardan las maletas (es un zulo), como siempre son los mismos dígitos para acceder pues ahí está uno de los problemas, este señor tenía sus pertenencias en esa sala y ahí campa a sus anchas. 3. Zona de prostitución. 4. Condiciones INSALUBRES de limpieza, limpieza que no existe, adjuntaré fotos; da asco, está sucio, los cajones de las habitaciones con tabaco y pelos, pelusas por el suelo, almohadas con manchas…es asqueroso TODO. 5. Nada que ver NI MUCHO MENOS las fotos con la realidad, pero aquí voy a subir yo las fotos reales para que nadie más caiga en esta trampa. 6. No hay tele 7. Almohadas y colchón de hace 20 años como poco.

I accidentally left my Kindle in the room after checkout. Around 3 PM, when I realized it, I went back to the hotel to retrieve it before heading to the airport. I went up to the room and looked for it, but it was no longer there. I then searched for the cleaning staff on the floor but could not find anyone. I contacted the hotel through WhatsApp and asked if it had been found, and they told me that nothing had been reported. Having received this information, I had to run for the airport to catch my 5 PM flight back to Madrid. The next day I contacted the hotel again, and this time they confirmed that the Kindle had in fact been found. When I asked them to send it by regular post (which costs around 15–20 CHF), they refused and insisted that I must arrange a courier to pick it up. The courier costs more than 100 €, which is almost the cost of buying a new Kindle, making the proposed solution completely unreasonable. The most frustrating part is that I physically returned to the hotel the same day and tried to recover the device. I searched for the cleaning staff and contacted the hotel directly, and I was told that nothing had been found. If the information had been correct at the time, I would simply have taken my device and avoided this entire situation. Mistakes can happen, but what is disappointing is the complete lack of willingness to provide a reasonable solution afterwards. Asking a guest to pay more than the value of the item just to recover a forgotten belonging shows a very poor level of customer service. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.
