"Fantastic Villa for the extended family"

Fantastic location, close to Ubud centre yet not on the busy main streets. Stayed here with my 3 teenage kids + plus my oldest daughter, her baby and partner, it was perfect for us as we all had our own space seperate from each other. Facilities were clean, pool was great. I was a bit put off by previous reviews but all were discredited. No rouge monkeys or mould or dirty pool or mosquitoes.

Kitchen could be better but we didn't use it once as theres so many great cafes/warangs close by.

"Worth the money, great for a group of friends."

Great pool, comfortable beds, nice set out of Villa, amazing hosts. There is a massage therapist that your able to order to come to the Villa, you are also able to order breakfast. The hosts took our laundry and returned apon request.

There were a lot of mosquitoes, pillows were very thick and uncomfortable but bed was good.

"Beautiful, peaceful and comfortable stay"

We had a very comfortable stay in the beautiful villa - it has 4 en-suite rooms with great beds, showers and excellent aircon. The gardens are beautiful and staff came every day to clean the outdoor areas, the pool and the rooms if we wanted them done. It was amazing value for money, location is perfect for walking to hundreds of restaurants and shops. Also walking distance to the Campuchan Trail and Monkey Forest. Dodik was so helpful and we had great communication throughout our stay.

Close to Jalan Bisma, which has good restaurants. Close to town center. Private pool, very comfortable beds. Nice hosts.

Slightly shabby, as is often the case in Bali The breakfast comes from quite a distance, and was invariably cold. They need a kettle and cups available in each room! I did get one, but had to ask for it..

location was very good . Breakfast was ok Employees were all very good.

Property is a bit rundown . Leaking tap in one bathroom , Mould on ceiling in another bathroom . The mould was mostly removed when requested and leaking tap was fixed.
