"enjoyable, nice culture emersion but not without compromises"

Beds were super comfortable. On site staff were great. Location brilliant. close to great restaurants & walking distance to everything. totally emerged in culture. loved watching the gardener put out the daily offerings. garden is absolutely beautiful and immaculate.

the showers are so weird. are they indoor or outdoor? I worry they aren’t particularly hygienic. my son’s shower had a tiny frog living in it. this was laughable at the time but at the same time is it clean? base of shower is outdoor rocks with large granite rock. when we first arrived 3 of 4 rooms had broken hot water systems but this was rectified to a degree. 2 were still luke warm. we were fortunate we had all 4 rooms booked for our family. pool was cloudy and we had to ask for chlorine to be added but it was a nice temperature.

"Exceptional"

The host was great, the villa was beautiful and clean. Close to shops and delicious brunch spots.

The front door is very flimsy, felt a bit unsafe at night.
