Property was clean. Staff was pleasant. The area was a bit shady.

El lugar es sin duda espectacular, muy cómodo y callado. Si logras descansar, cerca de las playas y la quinta avenida. Tali y Juli son espectaculares, te sentirás como en casa y todo lo que necesites sin duda podrán ayudarte. Me hospedaría de nuevo sin dudas.

There are lots of dining options, stores, and the beach was a five minute walk. 5th Ave was a 2 minute walk. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff, not so much. Overall a nice place to stay.

Property was very nice and staff professional. There is always room for improvement but i am sure that will come in the near future.

Great service overall, Elizabeth and Talia are very professional and helpful, ask them anything and they will point you to the right direction. Close to restaurants, short walk to 5th Ave and the pool area is amazing! Definitely recommend it.

From the moment I walk in, I was warmly welcome by the staff. The unit unit was spacious and comfortable. It even had a washing and dryer machine in the unit. Excellent value and location. I’m hoping to return back soon….

I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel is dirty. Just walk in to the room the first time, dusk were everywhere. I guess the room hadn’t been rented for a while. Sewer system was bad. You can never got your toilet totally flush. Nothing like the picture shows. The tub outside the porch was nasty. Water in the swimming pool was nasty also. I think the clean standard for Mexican is way way lower than the US standard. For room service they just did whatever we told them to clean. Nothing more. Not even refill toilet paper or change clean towels. If you need toilet paper or anything you have to go to the front desk to get them yourself. Nobody will bring it to your room. Also for those considering visiting Playa Del Carmen, just don’t do it, people here just try to rid your off. Specifically those taxi driver. A lot of bait and switch. This was our first time visit Mexico but it will be our last time also. Will never visit Mexico again. People there just try to take advantage of you everywhere you go. Also make sure you bring some cash as deposit otherwise you will have to leave your passport with them. That’s ridiculous.

Area north of the property a little sketchy. The condo/ hotel is a little tired but not awful for the money. Towels and linens off white. Surfaces of the interior of the unit showing it’s age etc. Positives : AC worked fine and the bed was comfortable.
