Mare Condo Vacacional

Located less than 5 minutes from the walking street. Lots of food options nearby. The staff were very nice. The property was kept very clean and the room cleaning was very well done. It is not close to any of the loud clubs, so would normally be pretty quiet, however as of December 2023 it is undergoing renovations so is quite loud at times during the day. Overall a good value.

This hotel apartments are great value for money. We had the penthouse on the 5th floor. A balcony and access to our own jacuzzi on the roof which we accessed by some small steps. The property was very clean and had the basic kitchen utensils that helped us get by for the 3 nights we stayed. They kindly provided coffee, sugar, salt and olive oil. Anything else you need you can find a local store around the corner or a supermarket 10 mins walk. It also has a few restaurants close by if you don’t want to cook. We were very happy with our stay, the only feedback we would give is, the local dogs bark throughout the night and if you are a light sleeper this could be a problem. Also we had two frying pans, if we had 1 sauce pan instead of 2 frying pans would be better. There is a lovely pool on the roof which you can enjoy and you can walk to 5th Ave in 25 minutes

Nice property, just not in the best location… Everything was just as pictured.

Great place to stay. Secure parking under the hotel. Lovely room. Maybe it could do with a chopping board and at least one sharp knife. But all and all its great. The swimming pool on the roof is lovely. Only a short walk from the hassle of 5th AVE, but a lot better places to eat closer also.

Pros; We had the penthouse suite w direct access to the pool (locked door between the room and the pool). the two story suite was everything although the round steps are a bit scary. room was clean, air conditioner was ICE COLD. I would definitely stay again. Cons; if you dont leave a cash deposit for incidentals you have to leave your passport. wish that was explained before. actual key to room, no keycard. Bed sheets were paper thin and didnt quite stay on or cover the mattress. Everything else was amazing and i would stay again.
