"結構満足できました！"

　スタッフは、チェックインで少しまごついてると、すぐ声をかけてくれて、丁寧に対応してくれた。朝食時も、食事を補充しているスタッフの方が、お子さんが、スムージーをコップにいれるのを横で見守って、優しく声がけしているのを見て、ビジネスホテルとは思えない対応で、素晴らしいです。

朝食会場が、少し狭く、連休中日なのもあって、人でごった返していた。席を探すだけでも大変だった。

The location is perfect. Very close to shopping arcade and many restaurants. Also very close to Ritsurin Garden, walking distance. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. I had a great stay.
