間違えて最初コンフォート高知を旦那が予約していて、夫婦喧嘩になりそうでしたが、スタッフさんが、高知をキャンセルしてくれて、オマケにブッキングさんとか楽天などからだと安くで泊まれます、と、教えてくれた　対応が素晴らしい
