Location! Location! Location! A skip and a hop from the beautiful Ha Long Bay. We took a memorable walk along the bay and then went in the opposite direction to enjoy yummy local food. To top it off, the service and cleanliness of the rooms were amazing as well as how quiet it was! Definitely the place I’d stay again at Ha Long Bay.

Comfortable, very close to shops, coffee, my partners family and absolutely everything.

No dislikes at all.

Location

Nothing was good, weird rooms bathroom was like a cubicle stuffy like a student accommodation.

The hotel is or at least look brand new. The room was okey size, the bed was big and there was a great view. There is a shared kirchen that guests can you, but there is also a restaurant and, bar and terrace. The gym was great! They also have washing machines. Next to the hotel is Vincom shopping mall with movie theater.

A bit pricey, but brand new. There wasn’t that many restaurants nearby.

electricity black out on a saturday morning and the staff was not aware.....( may be only my floor?)

The staff, especially Ms.Hien was a superb staff. Helped us make our stay a memorable one. Assisted us in all our needs and bookings. similary ms. HA and Ms. Cuc.
