Good Value, but not close to the Cruise Terminals

It's necessary to taxi to the Cruise Terminals There's only one Bar/Restaurant nearby that's air-conditioned, had great selection of cold Beers and western menu.

Beautiful futuristic bedroom with sci fi bathroom pod and panoramic view over halong bay. Helpful staff

Terrible breakfast. Tiny coffee. Tiny fruit juice. Only two pieces of tiny white bread and toaster switched off so we had to wait for it to warm up. No vegetarian options. Laughably bad! Impersonal atmosphere.

The members of the staff are accommodating. They are approacheable. The room is clean and comfy. Perfect for solo travellers like me. It is also recommendable for couples and friends. Good value. It's all Worth it. They offer laundry service and the customers are allowed to use the kitchen. It has got high-tech appliances. In addition, the clients are also allowed to enjoy the gym.

It hasn't got a water heater for drinking purposes inside the room; however no worries because clients can go to the 10th floor to use the kitchen freely. So boiling watwr won't be a problem anymore.

The room is extremely clean, the staff are amazing, they take very good care of their customers, they even prepared takeout food for me because I have an early flight.
