"Absolute 100/100 experience"

It was a lovely experience staying at Welcom Hotel by ITC-Guntur. Booking, checkin and out experience was smooth enough. Ranvijay-Front office manager helped me through all of it. I would recommend to stay at this place when next time in Guntur as it's city center. Their food is quite good.

"Loved ITC"

ITC is amazing hotel. We are from Ludhiana and came for work but very happy to see ITC hotel here. We visit most ITC Properties and liked this one alot. Front Manager Ranvijay helped us in activating Club ITC Membership and installing app. Kudos to him!

"Welcome cafe Guntur -true to its name"

It was nice experiance in itc welcome cafe as always. Ashwini and Ramakrishna are a welcome change speaking local language. Arijit as always is a breeze. Karthik is very guest friendly and takes care of requirements courteously. Way to go.

"Unexpected surprise in Guntur and will stay again"

In Guntur, we did not expect such a decent hotel in the middle of nowhere! Everything was good. The only suggestion is that during check-in and reception, it should be flawless, with someone waiting for guests and properly guiding them through check-in to their room.
