The beds were firm and comfortable. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed our whole stay. My kids were very disappointed.

No maid service. We paid $633.00 and had no clean towels and bed was not made. We were not informed of this at any point so surprised by the condition of the room when we returned in the evening. We will not be back.

"Bathroom and shower need serious attention!"

We checked in, dropped our bags and left for dinner. Upon returning, we quickly realized the bathroom had several areas with visible hair “of a personal nature”, which is disgusting. It was 11:30pm so rather than try and switch rooms, we slept in socks, and made sure to wear shoes in room. I did notify the front desk, and they said they would provide Hilton Points for the inconvenience but this morning, in the light of day, we realized it was far worse than we thought. I mentioned it again on my way out, but the front desk person didn’t really care or offer to make it right. No “extra” points so far, but we will NOT be returning. This is our second, less than positive, experience at this property, which is very unfortunate considering we stay in the area often. Really disappointed in Hilton this time.
