"My stay was good but could have been greater."

Location was great. Breakfast was good was hoping to see biscuits and gravy. But had the best omelets!

My blanket on the bed looked like a bed skirt. It was like sewn in the corners where it would cover a box spring. I would have liked just a flat blanket. A big reason my rating is low was because the shower was cold. My sink water was hotter than my shower!! I actually shivered while taking a quick shower. 😞

I love the way the hotel is decorated, very colorful. The rooms have pretty colors on the walls and carpet, which makes it homey. Many other hotels are just boring beige. And we could see the lake out our window.

No didn't like anything except the location

I call and specifically asked about the heated pool. The gentleman said it was great and about 80 degrees. When I showed up 2 days later with my wife and 2 daughters, the pool was ice cold. And when I asked about it the guy said..... Oops, guess the heater stopped working. Things happen, have a nice stay. I was also supposed to have a suite wil a separate bedroom... Nope, that didn't happen either.

"Housekeeping Nightmare"

My sink and shower were not cleaned when I arrived. I told front desk in the morning and they said they would take care of. I got back to hotel at 430pm. The room was still not cleaned. At 505pm housekeeping arrived. I entered the room after cleaning and the shower was still full of hair that was not mind. I give up. Not a clean place.
