"Excellent"

Location and facilities, esp washing machine, were good. Check-in process was cumbersome and laborious. Some coffee on hand would have been a nice touch.

I have booked with Wynwood many times, but they still delayed my check-in for an hour because I hadn't gone through the validation process. I know you need to avoid fraud, but please get some common sense.

Realice la separación del departamento, al llegar me indicaron que no había reserva pese a la confirmación que me enviaron al correo electrónico, estaba con todo el equipaje en la puerta del edificio.

"Bonito departamento, pero vecinos ruidosos."

El conserje ayuda muchísimo! Nos resolvió todo muy fácil. El lugar está muy bien ubicado. El Apto. Es grande y muy luminoso.

Que no tiene elevador y son dos pisos (pero conserje ayudó a subir maletas). Vecinos ruidosos. Hubo una fiesta hasta las 3AM y se escuchaba todo. Deberían hacer valer las reglas de convivencia.
