The apartment is very spacious and in a nice building. Awesome location in Barranco with lots of restaurant choices. The check-in was smooth. Definitely great value!

"Wonderful spot"

The property is really nice, you have all the essentials for short/longer trip. The view of the ocean is just steps away, it’s located near a passway filled with restaurants and bars. You can also cross to the beach by going down around 10 minutes.

There is a coffee maker but no coffee. I would suggest to sell coffee pods in the vending machine.

The apartment I rented was a ground floor with the only window straight in the alley where people would pass upon entering or leaving the premises. Also as all the windows are turned towards the courtyard you kind of share your neighbors life.
