Nomad Apartments in Bohem Barranco by Wynwood-House

It’s a super noisy room just next to the doorman and entrance of the building , you will hear every single conversation of the doorman, message notice, radio, people going out and in, couldn’t rest at all. And they don’t help you to keep luggage neither, have to pay 20s to the next building doorman to keep it. Asked to change the room, but they require to pay the cleaning fee when I didn’t use no thing still.

Location is great , price is good.

Convenient and spacious

The location was great for exploring the local area. The apartment was spacious and modern.

The address on Booking.com for the property was incorrect, meaning that we were taken to the wrong place! This was extremely frustrating as we had no Wi-Fi and no local currency yet. After speaking to the customer service team they booked us a taxi, which they said initially I should be responsible for the charge. After explaining that this was not my error they did organise this for us. Upon arrival to the apartment, 5pm local time, we were told the apartment wouldn’t be ready for another 40min and at this point I did loose some faith in what we had booked. In fairness they did arrange another apartment for us which did suite our needs and we enjoyed our stay.

VERY DECEPTIVE PRICING BEHAVIOR! They show their price as much lower £25, to look very competitive. Email confirmation all say they will charge £25. Then they charged £45 at the end (80% higher!!!). Turns out there is a grey small text for cleaning fee, that only appeared once in grey small text. not in any confirmation document. When I said that I would cancel it because I didnt plan to book such expensive place, they said they would charge £25 anyway.

We didn’t have a breakfast!!

The room smelt slightly damp. The apartment seems slightly tired compared to the photos.
