Very friendly, efficient service.

I loved that it was quiet and relaxing. I had a room on the first floor with a patio. No need for elevators. The hotel is modern and clean. No massive crowds or lines. The restaurant onsite was great. Friendly staff, good food and reasonable priced. Everyone knew my name “Norm”. Kidding. The hotel has a personal feel to it. Easy to get an uber to go anywhere. I’d definitely recommend it.

The hotel bedrooms are very nicely decorated, the bed very comfortable , very nice bathroom and the place is very clean and well maintained. The front desk employees and the housekeepers are very welcoming and very pleasant. The outdoor pool is very well maintained and clean . We went for breakfast à couple of days and the food quality and presentation was excellent. The food was very well seasoned and we savored every bites . The first day for breakfast at the restaurant our Hispanic waiter was miserable, rude and couldn’t care less . He never interacted with us , took our order and slap the plates in front of us . No butter was served, no coffee refills . After slapping the plates in front of us we never saw him again. He ruined our day . What a miserable person. He needs to change job . I still left him a very good tip . What a shame because the restaurant is beautiful and the food quality and presentation is excellent. The second day at breakfast it was the complete opposite our waiter from Vietnam was a gentleman. He was very professional and he made our day . He did an excellent job waiting on us and he is an asset to your restaurant. I hope you reward him because he is one of the best waiter I have ever met in all my years of traveling. I am sorry I do not remember his name but tell him thank you again. He is a gentleman.

The English Hotel is located in the highly desirable Arts District if you want to be away from the busy Las Vegas Strip but have a luxurious hotel stay with more privacy. We did not stay here but we had reservations at their very popular, upscale 4 time James Beard cuisine winner The Pepper Club. A very elegant hotel with a lavish pool in the back among lush trees. They have modern rooms and are a short walk away from the Freemont Experience. There is free parking for guests.

I was here for business with Clark County because they offered a state government rate. When I requested cancellation flexibility for a third night, they didn’t respond right away, and the general manager insulted me in front of the front desk staff and assistant manager for asking. So while this hotel has conscientious support staff and comfortable beds, don’t ask management for any favors! I could hear the room next-door to me up all night playing loud video games, so you might need those earplugs. There is nice outdoor space. Swimming pool is small and shallow. The Todd English name brand over everything feels a little excessive. I am a Silver Elite member and I stay at Marriott hotels monthly. The room was comfortable, but the treatment of management stained my experience. Tip: Check out Chin Chin across the street, excellent sushi, friendly servers and great happy hour. I heard the Pepper Club's new menu is delicious too. Limited parking, walk to Bungalow coffee and Arts District restaurants and bars

We WILL be staying at this hotel again. It is tucked away in a quiet arts district between the strip and Fremont (easy walking distance to Fremont). Much quieter than those hectic locations. Our room was modern and fun. The service and staff were great. But the restaurant? Oh, the restaurant was superb. Probably the best breakfast I have ever had at a Marriott restaurant. The signature French toast dish was amazing. I am still dreaming of their food! The hotel is owned by a famous chef, and the restaurant did not disappoint.

We stayed for 4 year anniversary and they made it as magical as I expected they even gavs us tokens during our stay which allowed us to have discounted or free food for lunch,dinner, and breakfast. This also included drinks the restaurant and staff were amazing next time we go to Vegas we will be staying here again
