The location, gym, room, staff and breakfast

Children in the bar area were jumping on seats and running around, after 9pm. This does not create a relaxing environment for a drink after driving several hours. The same again at breakfast time.

Clean rooms Breakfast was well cooked and tasty and variety Bed was comfortable

Not enough staff, cutlery, mugs etc at breakfast A lot of waiting for staff to find things and they were run off their feet. Air-conditioning in room didn't work and there was no milk for the facilities
