Closed to the main street，full of car revving making noise，make me cannot rest

Costs to do your laundry and car park. Just absorb it in your nightly costs and don’t look for every opportunity to charge additional unnecessary negative “feel good” customer reviews! It not even a case of lower income and higher turnover as the facilities are great! Hence charge an extra $10- / $15- bucks per stay per room and you will more than cover these costs!

Check in was fast and super friendly. Location was nice and central and our room was great - large & spacious, clean and well laid out (bathroom was large with lots of space to put your things). Our meals in in the onsite restaurant were delicious and and service was fast and friendly.

Nothing. I'd have no hesitation in staying here again.

Great location, right in the centre of town. The rooms are a great size and beds are extremely comfy. Bottle of milk in the fridge is a nice touch. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Many good restaurants nearby.

1. When I arrived the reception went through my booking and gave me my cards . I wasn't told what floor I was going to. 2. Never asked if I needed parking ao when I asked about it I was told a $20 fee. 3. When I went back to my room I couldn't even get you tube or Netflix without having an account . Luckily I did on my phone.. Small rooms. City view from my room was rusted roofs. Apparently at the Grand Hotel is for homeless people which is right across the road. So dont go out at night. Overall I was looking forward to a lovely place to stay and was very dissatisfied.

Great quality rooms. Cafe down stairs was great.

It is near a night club & main street where hoons like to show off how loud they can be. We couldn’t sleep for hours due to the constant noise.
