Beautifully appointed, lovely decor, great food and service.

This is the best accommodation we have had in Invercargill, the staff were awesome and the service was first class. The room was exceptional and clean and tidy. Will definitely come back.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Emma was wonderful.

Every thing was wonderful.

Very high standards were notable everywhere. Staff at the front desk were very pleasant and efficient. Housekeeping staff were also very efficient and helpful. Cafe staff were also excellent and so were the porters.

Little bits like the tap comes off. No hanging for towels even though they practice green non washing
