Is in the basement, so no proper window.

Only two good things are the location and the comfortable couch.

No mention that the apartment is in the BASEMENT. There is no air or sunlight, our beach towels didnt dry for 2 days. Private parking but no mention that you have to pay for it before booking. No mention of security deposit of 200eur. We got asked 5 times if we read the “house rules” and even got told at 7am in the morning on the day of our trip that if we dont confirm that we read it our reservation will be cancelled. After all those messages we felt unwanted at the apartment and the stay was uncomfortable. Our couch/bed wasnt made and we had to do it ourselves. Way too expensive for what you get. Also you have a coffe machine in your room but you have to pay extra 1€ per coffe??? Is that really necessary after paying more than 200€ per night? All the house rules do is threaten you with insane fines for the most basic stuff. It made us scared doing anything in the apartment. Dont be fooled, this place is a scam.

Clean, modern, luxurious in the city center

Clean apartment with easy access and brand new appliances and fixtures. All appliances worked perfectly and were easy to use. Getting to the apartment was simple with the instructions provided. There is a Konzum basically next door which is great for getting some last minute groceries. The owners were very accommodating when asked. Room was very quiet and allowed no outside noises in.

No place to hang or dry wet clothes and towels from showering and going to the beach. Small living quarters with barely enough space for more than 2 suitcases. The room can barely fit 3 individuals. Lacks any basic kitchen supplies such as salt, oil, paper towel, etc. There were no towels for drying dishes or a place to put them. Even with air on, room feels damp and stuffy.

the location is fantastic, right across the beach and in the center, the furnitures are very modern. the apartment was clean and nice, with a very well equipped kitchen
