Port Hotel

We called the number on the door three times and waited in 98’f outside for over 30 mins. The entrance vestable looked uninhabited. No instructions or key visible. Not welcoming seems like a scam. We have now gone for a cool drink. I will be very disappointed if you insist on taking payment for a service that was not provided. Three times in 30 minutes I feel is justified that I was at the property. image0.jpeg

I reserved it but didn't stay there. When I arrived in the morning there was no one available to check me into the room i booked. I waited at the bar 4 hours while the bartender kept trying to reach the Hotel manager by phone with no luck at all, so i gave up and left.

IT was aa great disapointment. We know, that is lowprice. But not so low service and standard. No wifi

I did not get a single wink of sleep people are slamming doors left right and center loud noises people screaming

don't go there. I had booked for a room with bathroom and we received a room with shared bathroom. the wifi doesn't work, it's dirty, no air conditioning and too hot to sleep well. there was a door in our room that we couldn't lock that led to the next room. the neighbors could open it!

Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff, very helpful.

Smelled like cigarettes, you dont have your own bathroom, but fine if u just need a place to rest your head. ( they suggest to park down the road as it might be safer)

Helo Expedia, we arrived at Port hotel around 8 pm., there was no front reception and they are not receiving calls anymore, there is a Port Hotel pub right downstairs, we went there and asked about check in, there was so so loud sound playing. so the receptionist came outside and we talked about our resewevation. she was not able to find any reservation even I showed them the itinerary and reservation number (4 rooms). he contacted the hotel manager, he was drunk and not receiving calls anymore. they said we are not able to find any room. we stayed at different hotel for that day. (best western). we were tired as we were driving from utah. I would like to get immediate justification and solution, This is so poor service by expedia.

No water in the morning, can’t use the washroom, shower. Have to leave earlier than planned. Would like to compensation/ reimbursement for the inconvenience.
