Port Hotel

Al llegar al lugar, no había una recepción y tuvimos que esperar que nos atendieran en un bar. La persona encargada nos dijo que no tenían nuestra reservación a pesar de que le mostramos nuestro número de reserva y de pago. En el pueblo no había disponibilidad de alojamientos y el encargado sabiendo esta situación no nos dio ninguna solución. Ahora esperamos que nos devuelvan el dinero que pagamos por 3 días de estadía. Estos pagos se realizaron en dos transacciones distintas

The hotel is located over top the Port Pub which completely reeked of cigarette smoke. Upon arrival, during check in hours, no one was on site to check us in. A bartender ended up calling a manager who drove over to meet us. Upon his arrival, he told us he only had a single-sized bed available; he did not realize there was two of us in spite of the reservation quite clearly saying two people. There was no attempt at alternative accommodation. I told him I would take a refund; he gave me cash straight out of his wallet and sent us on our way. We ended up sleeping in the car because everywhere else was fully booked. Do yourself a favour and skip this place. Looks like a dirty dive. Mentioned to locals that we were suppsoed to stay there and they told us we are better off in the car.

A very noisy and mostly homeless area. But the room inside was acceptable

Our crew showed up for the three room reservation that we made and the Hotel gave away the rooms leaving our crew out in the cold with nowhere to stay. These rooms were already paid for through expedia and now I fight to get the refund for these rooms.
