You must check messages after booking these appartments, as You have to make online check in before arriving. This was new for me-I was sure will be some reception inside, or some codes will be sent immediately after reservation. I saw closed doors and key code is necessary.. Then have checked booking.com site and saw this information. Outside cold, and dark, no lights nearby, trying to make check in, but unsuccessfully. They are using www.guesty.com to chekin site maybe too inovative for me or there were some internet conection problems. Trying to call,, but no answer. It is good have got very fast answers via messages and person in charge has helped me very quicly. It is good they workied after 22.00, but latest 00,00. 25 eur cleaning tax, on top. So would reccomend it for at laest 2-3 dyas stay and making food inside, not just for 1 night to sleep. Pigeons cooiing outsie very loudy, as it was top flor, but it is better, than noice of the transport

Very nice location. Easy instructions and app for the appartments. The hosts are polite and respond quickly. I received a lot of emails to solve my request. Kitchen is equipped with necessary things.

What is missing in the room is vacuum cleaner or at least broom and dustpan. There was some strange problem with wi-fi for a few days, firstly with connection of devices, than with the speed, finally it stabilised. There was no hot water for 3 days out of 7 days of stay. The heating disappeared with the hot water. It is not pleasant when you are on the highest floor, and outside the window the temperature is below zero and it is snowing.

Apartament is situated in very comfortable place. A lot of bakeries, street food restaurants, shops are nearby. The tram station is in one minute distance. It's not a problem to reach the center by foot also. Nice and quiet district. To register you need to fill up a short form and send the foto of ID. Entrance door by code, door of the apartment also. All the necessary things were in apartment. In the kitchen you have electric teapot, toaster, two frying pans and so on. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also it was optically bigger then I expected. So, I can fully recommend it.

Great accommodation. Close to Neustadt station (15 minutes on foot). In front of Rewe supermarket. Tram stop very close. Installations that serve well what is proposed. I recommend and would definitely return.

Nothing to say. Only, as a suggestion, evaluate the possibility of a microwave

The location was amazing. There was a supermarket, DM store, post office, city bikes and tram stops nearby and the Old Town was really close too. The flat itself was very clean and nice. Opening the door with the code was also really convenient. I definitely recommand this place to stay for a few days.

Bigger duvet could be nice, because for a couple in the wintertime it wasn't enough. But that's just it.

The location is very convenient, its close to the train station, restaurant and supermarket. The place was neat.

It would be nicer if there are toiletries under than that its all good
