CHthe apartment is on the 5th floor and the lift broke down on the second day of stay. Also the automatic key is very complicated and doesn't work easily

The apartment was very small , did not have basic appliances and glassware, not functional Bathroom had no actual bath or shower stand Very bad value for money
DEDEI did not receive the information about the door code one day before my arrival as was promised. Instead was informed about the necessity of filling in further data and a passport foto when I was already on my way to Dresden. As I had no internet access it was very complicated to upload a foto from my laptop computer. This process could have done days before!!!
GBThe apartment was very clean and had most things you’d want. I’m always worried about access controlled through key codes, but this worked well here. The balcony was great, with a very quiet environment surrounding it.
I think it would be better to ask for photos of passport (and so on) the day before arrival when you’ve more time to take photos, and upload images. To ask for that on the day of arrival could be more difficult when you could be travelling and away from technology. But that’s just a minor comment.

DELocation is great, market and trams just across the street There is a balcony looking at inner garden Hot water works great Basic kitchen tools are available
too small, sometimes loud (neighbours), NO WIFI (which is a deal breaker), bed was uncomfortable, no dishwasher, not enough shower gel check in only after 4 pm and there is no safe place to leave luggage, which is quite annoying if you are arriving early in the morning. I contacted them to check in earlier but rejected
