Finding houses bit tricky, if you arrive you cannot find the houses directly

The main shortcoming was the cleanliness of the houseboat we moved into. Our stay started on Thursday evening, and the dishes were only partly clean (we had to clean them ourselves upon arrival). One window blind was torn, there were dead insects all around the windows, and the wooden terrace and windows were covered with a large amount of pigeon excrements. After reporting this on Friday morning, the window blind was repaired and the terrace cleaned, which was appreciated. However, the windows were still very dirty from pigeon excrements. We were told that they would need to be cleaned from the outside using a boat; however, at least two of the windows in the smaller rooms could easily be opened and cleaned from the inside. After reporting this again on Friday evening, I was told that someone would come on Saturday to clean them—but no one showed up. Overall, the staff we spoke to were always polite; however, even after three days of reporting the issue, it was never resolved. No compensation or reduction was offered, despite the fact that this significantly impacted our stay and the view from our windows.

De badkamer was niet echt schoon bij aankomst.

Zo warm als je thuis kwam. Zon stond vol op de raam. Zonwering aan buitenkant zou behulpzaam zijn. Tuinmeubilair mocht wel wat schoner.

Lage prijs. Goede matrassen

Veel te warm in het huisje Erg afgelegen park dus steeds ver moeten rijden. Restaurant plus terras vaak dicht
