- omgeving biedt veel bezienswaardigheden/activiteiten - groene opzet van het park - rustige ligging (maar geen buren/geen buitenzit weer)

- erg steile trap naar het slaapgedeelte en de hoogte van het slaapgedeelte (circa 1m20). - geen warm water bij de wastafel in de badkamer / geen spiegel in de badkamer (niet praktisch bij scheren, etc.) - afbeeldingen komen niet overeen met toegewezen huisje (andere inrichting/afwerking) - niet schoon (veel haren en spinnenwebben)
