Ik stond een half uur voor inchecken te wachten. De code deed het nog niet. Ik heb toen een whatsapp bericht gestuurd met de vraag of ik iets eerder kon inchecken omdat mijn vlucht wat eerder dan gepland was. Kreeg ik een bericht terug dat er een storing in het systeem was en ze vol geboekt zijn (ondanks dat zij dagen ervoor mijj hadden gevraagd per whatsapp al via een link te betalen). Mijn geld was terug gestort! Ineens sta je op straat! Geen enkele reactie meer op de whatsapp of iets van hulp. Stel dat je geen internet hebt (wat niet ondenkbaar is op Cozumel) kun je dus geen kant op. Belachelijk, zo ga je niet met mensen om.
