Cozumel 568 - Vacation Rental

Location, cleanliness, well equipped with important appliances such as coffee maker, microwave & fridge. The size of the room was very generous also.

Every thing was great.

The room and bathroom were spotless and huge. We had the one with a small kitchenette and it's own semi-private terrace which was great. We had filtered water in the room and the air con worked great. Emma was so helpful and communication was excellent. We even extended our stay, which meant moving rooms to a less nice one but it was still very comfortable and we really enjoyed it.

The location is far away from the centre/main sites but it's fine if you have a way to get around (hire car, buggy, bike). ro number of local taxi/tuk tuk. Would have been great to have some coffee provided with the room to use with the machine provided.

Spacious and clean apartment with balcony and modern bathroom. Filtered water is provided. I was able to leave my bags after checkout for a bit.

The balcony door couldn't be locked. When I asked about it, I was provided with a stick to block it after 2 days which at least made it a bit safer. A kettle and cooking plate would be a convenient addition as you can't really cook except microwave meals.

Everything. The location is great. Plenty of places to eat around here. AC works like a charm. Kitchen is small but has all you need while you are on vacation! Access is easy and there’s parking spaces you can use if you have a bike/scooter. Amenities where clean. Emma is very responsive. We would come again

The instructions scared me about the shower but I didn't have any problems with it. The hot water lasted as long as I needed it. It was a good 20 min walk from the ferry/center I was only there for a night so I can't really speak to the location. I went diving-the dive departure area is a 15 minute taxi.

Cleanliness and balcony space. Closeness and easy access to a cab to go downtown.

We would have liked more comfy blankets for sleeping, extra towels such as hand towels and large towels. When you copy and paste the address in Google maps when driving to find the place it brings you to an area that is not very appealing, go by the picture and 23 Ave, but definitely when using a cab show them the address Emma gives you.

Great, clean room. Very attentive staff.

Not enough kitchen facilities

It was great to have a table with chairs inside the room and outside on the balcony. Bed with nightstands was super comfortable and large. The closet, the shelf and the dresser, along with the couch gave enough space to easily access the suitcases. Another essential asset were the hooks on the balcony to dry clothes and bathing suits. The fan and AC functioned very well. Emma, the manager of the place answered really quickly to all our requests and recommended restaurants and other excursion destinations. Thanks a lot!

I would recommend to increase the water pressure and to add a larger basin. It was a bit hard to keep the improvised version clean and to wash the dishes in it. Also, a few more dishes would have been useful.
