"Toller Aufenthalt mit kleinen Einschränkungen."

Prinzipiell haben wir einen tollen Aufenthalt in Madrid gehabt. Das Zimmer hat eine ausgesprochen gute Lage, die begeistert. Preis-Leistung war völlig in Ordnung. Es gab sogar ein paar Überraschungen (Frühstück). Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich. Es gab immer schnelle, super freundliche Unterstützung bei jedem Anliegen.

Was mir nicht bewusst war, ich aber hätte erkennen können: es gibt nur ein kleines Fenster in einen dunklen Hinterhof. Wenn man dazu neigt, sich leicht beengt zu fühlen, sollte man das bedenken. Aber wie gesagt, das hätten wir vorher erkennen können und ist keine Schuld der Unterkunft. Der Raumduft/Reinigunsmittel in den Fluren war so stark, dass einem das Atmen schwer fiel.

La atención de los empleados y la limpieza de las instalaciones.

Estuvo todo el fin de semana el ascensor estropeado, es un tercer piso. La habitación para 4 adultos es insuficiente ya que hay una cama extra grande muy cómoda y una litera con dos camas muy incómoda. Los colchones de las literas son para niños de muelles y no soportan el peso de un adulto. Y hacen ruido cuando te das la vuelta en la cama. La iluminación del baño muy escasa.

"Travelers beware - not a 4 star hotel!"

Once you got to your room, it was clean and spacious.

The 4 flights of stairs! No where in the description of this supposedly 4 star hotel did it describe the entrance as a door off the street, down a hallway to a ONE person elevator, to a door on the landing. No lobby, just a counter with staff. Totally felt sketchy!

Friendly and helpful staff. Exceptional service. Room and bathroom modern and very clean, air conditioning, complimentary bottles of water and juices in the mini fridge, tea and coffee. Just a few steps away from puerta del sol, plaza mayor and restaurants and bars.
