Room was gorgeous! So much room. Bathroom was down a short hall in the room, modern and had an enormous walk in shower. Staff were so helpful and kind. Location in centre of Puerto Sol was unbeatable. Room was so quiet. Snacks in room were so welcome.

"Great stay, clean, helpful staff"

So clean! Clean room, clean bathroom, clean floors! Beautiful and modern room with plenty of space. The balcony opens up with a view to puerta del sol, but there are no restaurants around so noise is not an issue later in the evening. All the staff were incredibly helpful and they utilize technology to give keypad code entry in addition to key card. Complimentary drinks and bag were a nice touch.

On a pedestrian only road but taxis are waiting on calle mayor and the sol metro station is right there too
