Gute Lage, solides Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zum Pool in der nahegelegenen Hotelanlage sind es wenige Minuten zu Fuß.

Matratzen könnten besser sein. Einrichtung und Gebäude hat vergleichsweise wenig individuellen Charme. Das der Pool nicht unmittelbar an die Appartements angrenzt wurde für uns nicht aus der Beschreibung ersichtlich, sondern erst aus den Kommentaren

Dès l'arrivée, il a fallu que nous allions retirer de l’argent car le depot de caution se fait uniquement en cash. La reception et la piscine sont dans un hotel qui est a environ 200m de la résidence. Nous avons eu des difficultés a trouver une place de parking disponible et parfois nous avons du nous garer plus loin dans la rue. Le logement etait tres bruyant et nous avions une odeur d’egout dans la salle de bain. Tres mauvais rapport qualite/prix

Very clean, nice apartment, tastefully decorated. Easy access, good location in the city center. The shower in the yard is great - you don't carry sand from the beach into the apartment.

Very poor kitchen equipment, no toaster, kettle, microwave, toaster. Wine glasses are missing. There is no dishwashing liquid or sponge. The accommodation tries to act like a hotel, not a private apartment, so you have to buy things for the kitchen yourself. But why, if it is supposed to be a hotel, do they not provide toilet paper, as is customary in hotels? 3 rolls for 5 people and 6 nights is not much. If you want more, you have to buy it in the store. These are ridiculous items and for the amount of over 1000 euros that you pay for accommodation, it is a pittance. It is more about the approach and the fact that you do not use most of the detergent and it is thrown away at the end of the stay... Overall poor lighting in the kitchen - only one weak light above the stove. One room is also very lacking in reading lamps. When the air conditioning is on, the terrace is unusable - the outdoor unit blows directly onto the seating area. The drain from the bidet in the bathroom smells after a while and the water leaks from it onto the floor. The water in the pool was not clear, it didn't seem clean, so the kids went waist deep in it once and then preferred to get out. You pay a deposit of 150 Euros at the beginning to cover any damages. There are 2 air conditioners in the apartment and we were told that there were 2 remote controls - but when we took over the apartment there was only one. So check it, so you don't have to pay for the second one when you leave.

Very good place to stay for families. There are 2 rooms in the apartment: a private bedroom + a common room with a kitchen and a sleeping area. Beautiful color scheme in the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, but there are no cleaning products (cloth/sponge+dishwashing liquid). Large terrace. There is a washing machine + washing rack. Very peaceful area, but still you are in center of city. Free wifi(code waiting in room+you can get it from reception). Parking in the yard, but if there is a shortage of space, you will have to park on the street. We stayed for 3 nights in total and the accommodation was perfect for us :)

When leaving, you are asked to clean the kitchen, but there are no cleaning supplies (could be a cloth, sponge, and some kind of detergent!). We went to the store to buy some, even though we didn't need these things for our next stay. The reception is in another building and if you have any questions/concerns you have to walk there. There is also a swimming pool on the hotel premises, you have to go there separately with your belongings.

The apartment was very nice and very big and we had a very nice stay there. It had what is needed for cooking some simple meals and it was well planned. It had a washing machine and the aircon was very nice and functioned well. Our hosts, which are at the hotel nearby, were very nice, helpful and friendly. The terrasse was nice to have and we always had our meals outside. Maybe the view wasn't that great but it was cool and nice to sit there in the shadow any time of the day. It was also nice to have easy access to the pool at the hotel a few minutes walk from the apartment building. Something that I appreciate a lot is when there is enough space to hang swimsuits, towels, etc which was the case here. The apartment was just a few minutes walk from the town center and by car you get to the beach between 5-10 minutes. It’s also easy to park outside the apartment for free.
