The appartment was very large. It was a perfect location to visit this part of the island. There were all the necessary amenities and friendly Staff.

The apartment was very clean and well furnished. Loved the design. Convenient position with pretty much everything at walking distance and beautiful beaches at 5min by car. The staff was very nice and helpful!

There were various rules that were a bit silly. We asked to check in before 5pm and weren’t allowed, so we asked if we could use the pool and we also weren’t allowed. There was no attempt to try to help or make a suggestion. 5pm is a late check in time as it is! We also had to put down a £150 deposit - but they would only take it in cash. And the pool isn’t on site - it’s at the hotel round the corner and down the road. We booked this property expecting a pool on site. And then we had to keep going back to this hotel down the road for various reasons because the people messaging on booking.com were unhelpful. We had to go to the hotel to sort check out - why we couldn’t send a message on the booking.com app to arrange it I don’t know. We also had to go back to the hotel pick up a wifi code because they for some reason couldn’t message us the password even though the receptionist had forgotten to give it to us

Voyage de 11 jours avec ma famille, À notre arrivé il nous est demandé de contribuer à hauteur de 240€ pour les frais courant eau électricité … Sacha t que je viens de payer quand même plus de 2000€ pour 11 nuits ce que j’ai trouvé un peu abusé !!! La piscine ne se trouve pas dans le bâtiment de l’appartement juste pour info mais 2min à pied rien de bien méchant Un odeur dans l’appartement qui était désagréable. Le personnel très serviable et agréable rien à dire Lit pas très confortable Dans l’ensemble sommes satisfait sauf l’odeur et la contribution aux frais de 240€

- Located near the center of Orosei in a quiet area of the village. - Good functioning of airconditioning (necessary in summer). - enough space for 3 person family.

- Contrary to what the photos insinuate there is no pool at the apartment, you may use the hotel pool a few 100 mtrs away (hotel was fully booked so were the sunbeds at the pool often taken by the hotel guests). - Unclear info on check-in and incorrect location (you end up on sandy road where you need to check in at hotel 100mtrs away, unfriendly staff, no service for flat guests only attention for hotel guests. Everything requires extra payment and/or deposit (set of bath towels, bottle of water on arrival). - Hardly any parking at flat. - Poorly equipped kitchen utensils, 2 blunt knives, 1 cutting board, no wine glasses, no coffee maker (cafetière, which we know how to use but plenty of people don't), no dishwasher, broken tap (was loose), no cleaning cloth or extra rubbish bag at the start, broken can opener, in short everything had to be bought right away to be able to cook for 2 weeks. Also a lot in cheap plastic (salad bowls, colander, cheese grater, cutting board) - hardly any lighting in living room of flat, not functionary lamp in kitchen. - 1 lamp in living room? No bed lighting at extra bed in living room. - cheap plastic seats and old table on balcony.

The apartment was new, it was quite large, which was a bonus as we are a family of 5. Everything was new, clean, and the air con was exceptional, as was the wifi, both are extremely important to us.

Big, clean appartment. New building. Close to good restaurants. A bit far from sea.

Swimmingpool is at the hotel so you have to walk to Reach it. There is no dressing room to change clothes at the swimmingpool.

It is an almost new building close to the pool, shops, beach.

Nice, well mannered, young hotel staff, very helpful. Spacious appartment, good beds, quiet accommodation area, refreshing pool that we enjoyed also on our check out day. Good hotel pizzeria.

Surrounding area under construction, looks a bit downgraded, all the rest was ok.
