Top notch staff and the restaurant is awesome!

The door slamming at night and early in the morning by other guests is annoying. Recommend putting something on the doors to eliminate the noise.

AC was not too cold and water pressure in the toilet is slow

Location, Amenities, bed, pillows, comforter, aircon, the cafe, the staff who know me already.

The smell of the room upon my arrival. Smelled like piss. They say it's because they use organic bathroom cleaner. It smells like piss. They should change it. The bedsheet was ripped. Check your housekeeping please.

Proximity to noisy neighborhood.

Everything is super at go hotel, the staff is always very helpful and friendly, the bed is super relaxing and the rooms are big, we will keep on coming back because the location is perfect just next to Robinson mall.

Only remark I have is that it would be nice if they upgrade the tv, they are small for the size of the room and not smart. That’s the only little remark, everything else is perfect here

Had a conference in this place so we stayed here as well. The room was fairly reasonable. Clean. But small. The aircon was good. My only issue was the toilet. I really do not like the fact that it was an open toilet concept as it does not offer privacy. And the shower area did not have any hooks to hook your clothes. This needs a little bit of thought put in when designing. The location of the place was good though. It was right next to the mall which made it very convenient. Breakfast was included in our hotel booking. You order a dish from the menu as part of the breakfast (not a buffet breakfast) which I thought was sufficient. You also had a choice of coffee/tea/orange juice. The food was ok.
