Très bonne situation géographique et malgré bruit ambiant très bien insonorisé de la rue.

Chaleur excessive des chambres, pas de climatisation, uniquement un ventilateur sans possibilité s’ouvrir la fenêtre pour éviter le bruit. Il a fait très très chaud, le ventilateur remuant de l’air chaud

It was quite noisy outside…

The smell of the apartment, lack of communication with the hosts, no AC but ventilator and the noise of the party life outside. There were people outside singing, talking, loud music and disco going around quite below us. The apartment is in the first floor, so sadly you can hear everything. But for the price itself, it was ok to have a bed.

The location is good in terms to get everywhere in the city centre. The place is super nice, easy to get in, clean and vibrant

the nearby pink street is screaming all the night, and the same time you need to open the window because you need the air for breathing… the fan is doing its best but it’s not the solution unfortunately

De locatie ligt centraal én in een uitgaansgebied. Als je zelf met het doel komt om te feesten, is de locatie daarvoor zeer geschikt. Niet geschikt voor een gezin net jongere kinderen.

- Om te slapen in Boho guesthouse moet je rekening houden met extreme herrie in de nacht van uitgaanspubliek en af en toe harde sirenes tot diep in de nacht. De combinatie van hitte en geluidsoverlast zorgde ervoor dat wij zeer slecht sliepen. - Sanitair was zeer basic, (geen spiegel boven de wasbak), met een vieze geur, verdoezeld met roomspray. Het was nat en vies achtergelaten door een andere gast. - Geen kitchenette/faciliteiten zoals een klein ijskastje/waterkoker oid. Geen gemeenschappelijke ruimte. Geen hippe items zoals de foto’s doen vermoeden (vintage fietsen/clubchair in de gang).

Aankomst verliep soepel. We kregen ruim op tijd een bericht met code van sleutelkastje en de deur. De locatie is super, midden in het centrum. Kamer was schoon.

We verbleven op de 4e verdieping, zonder lift. De airconditioning werkte niet, enkel een ventilator of een mobiele airconditioning met raam open. Hierdoor was het erg warm. Er was snachts erg veel lawaai van feestende mensen, aangezien de Pink street om de hoek is. Bed was erg klein.

It’s not true to the pictures, I booked a room with private bathroom however upon arrival we had a shared bathroom, the room was a boiling hot and only had a tiny fan not even working properly, the bed was really hard and under the mattress it was not properly clean.
