Location is perfect for exploring Lisbon. It is in a party area but also very local. You can easily find good options for food better than the main area for tourists. The room we got was on the first floor which is good if you have big luggages. There is no lift so request for a lower room if you book this place. It is clean and comfortable. Don't expect airconditioning but there is a fan in our room which can cool down the room, though slowly. Just open the balcony door and you can get cool air in THOUGH you also get the noise. It pretty close to the Pink Street that is always busy. Expect loud music and shouting and maybe fighting outside the building. The bathroom was shared (we stayed in Room 1) but it was clean when we stayed as there were not so many guests. There are only 4 rooms in the flat and some rooms get their own toilet/shower. It was also pretty affordable when we booked it (60EUR/night).

The only thing was that someone stole our container with cheese and the management of the accommodation said that it is not their responsibility as the kitchen is a shared area. Even if your food or stuff is properly labeled, don't be assured that noone will touch it. The cheese costed like a Euro and the container was small but it was gone anyways. There are also a lot of other reviews saying something negative about this place but we had a good stay until the missing cheese and container. Would we stay there again? YES. Would we leave anything anywhere outside of our room? NO.

Me alojé en el estudio , situado en pleno centro, todas las zonas accesibles, ubicación perfecta si quieres visitar muchas zonas y tienes poco tiempo. Y si te gusta la fiesta nocturna, es ideal. La cama era muy cómoda, y el estudio tenia todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia agradable , mini cocina pero completa.

Esa ubicación que es perfecta para patear la ciudad, es terrible por las noches si pretendes dormir: está situado en plena zona de fiesta, y de la más ruidosa, pegada a la famosa “calle rosa”. Es un cuarto sin ascensor. Las tuberías del baño a veces despedían mal olor.

La habitación estaba limpia, el colchón super cómodo, las sábanas super limpias, la localización perfecta . Yo viajaba sola y me sentí super segura, al lado de la plaza del comercio y de la estación de tren. El barrio muy bien!!

Habían dos baños pero uno no funcionaba , con lo cual todas las habitaciones teníamos que ir al mismo baño, solo había una ducha y un wc . No es algo que me molestase porque cerraba las ventanas para dormir, pero al ser un barrio del centro de oía jaleo .

Il posto è molto lasciato andare, la maniglia del bagno era praticamente rotta e pensavo mi rimasse in mano ogni volta che lo aprivo. Quando chiedevo informazioni non rispondevano quasi mai in maniera rapida ma dovevo aspettare diverse ore. Il luogo è molto rumoroso e caldo, non è neanche possibile aprire la finestra perché la maniglia era rotta e avevamo a disposizione solo un piccolo ventilatore che però non si alza da terra.
