Gute Lage am Fuße des Bairro Alto. Sehr nettes Reinigungspersonal.

Sehr einfache Ausstattung, nicht funktionsfähiges Klimagerät ( der Abluftschlauch fehlte). Sehr schwergängige, quietschende Schiebetür zum Bad.

La location est pratique pour visiter la ville.

Situé en dessus d’un restaurant/bar, c’est relativement bruyant jusqu’à tard. La chambre mériterait un coup de peinture.

L’emplacement était super, quand j’ai eu des problème ils ont été très réactifs

1 toilettes et 1 salle de bain pour 6 chambre c’est vrai trop peu, quand je voulais utiliser les toilettes j’ai dû attendre un moment

The overall check-in experience was really good. Further, the location was very convenient - close to the water, close to the metro and connecting buses, we could also comfortably walk to the city. Many nice restaurants, cafes and sights in close proximity.

It was not well ventilated - we couldn't open the window and all that we could rely on was a fan we put on a shelf and let running all night. The bathroom was even worse, humid and warm. It was also quite noisy, since we have been on the first floor and the accommodation is located in the main nightlife & bar area.

La literie était bonne, la chambre était assez spacieuse. L’emplacement a vraiment été le plus de cette appartement! Pas si bruyant pour l’emplacement et vous avez un ventilateur.

Le gros point négatif a été la salle de bain : douche qui ne se ferme pas correctement (résultat: de l’eau partout) mais surtout des cafards dans la salle de bain!!! La fenêtre de la chambre ne s’ouvrait pas donc impossible d’aérer ! Nous avons essayer de contacter le propriétaire via Booking pour avoir un sèche cheveux, nous avons pas eu de réponse, nous avons croisé la femme de ménage qui elle nous as donner le sèche cheveux.

The photos used on the booking site are either doctored or from somewhere else. The property is in bad shape. Floor tiles are cracked and dangerous. The area around is filled with drunken people partying all night, really. They were still shouting and drinking at 4:30AM. We rented two rooms advdertized as Superior Double rooms. Mine had a very bed and matress, curved upward and so uncomfortable. The room had no side tables (just a metal bookshelve, and a cheap wheeled coat hanger. No AC, just a clunky fan. Our friends' room had a better bed, but an dinkier fan on the floor. The only window was stuck shut. The common kitchen was a total mess. We saw cockroaches many times in the morning. Our private "bathroom" was small, dirty and moldy. My husband is 190cm and 120kg. The shower barely was large enough for him to move his arms. I'm not showing pictures since we left at 4AM and we did not want to bother other guests. In a word, delist this property. I have never been in such a dump.

the location is quite centric if that's what you're looking for

the street is very noisy and the walls are very thin, the bed is uncomfortable, the toilet smelled. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Buena localización, suficientemente insonorizado

El cuarto de baño es muy incómodo, además de tremendamente caliente sin ventilación alguna, nos dieron una toalla de manos y una de baño pequeña para 2 personas, dejando claro que sí quieres más toallas, tiene un coste extra. Con lo grande que es la casa, podrían poner unos locker ya que el servicio es mínimo y es un habitual poder dejar las mochilas después del check out.

La chambre spacieuse avec salle de bains et coin cuisine, la qualité du matelas, et super bien placé dans le cœur de Lisbonne L’accueil même s’il est à distance s’est très bien passé

Le lit en 140 un peu petit Attention c’est bruyant pour les gens qui craignent le bruit des bars adjacents, passez votre chemin ou prenez des boules quies, les 4 étages à pied quand on a déjà marché toute la journée 😂
