"Worst experience ever, over hyped place not sure how they got this much rating. Worst customer support experience."

Nothing, as I couldn't stay at the property as owners cancelled my booking although it is still showing as conformed on booking platform.

Staff is unreliable and not trust worthy at all. My booking amount for the room was 14,000 and they messaged me and asked to pay 46,000 and also share my credit card details.

Amazing location - fantastic views - so close to the shops and Palace. Dance and puppet show around the corner was amazing! Mostly, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. 10/10 for service.

They required 100% payment at point of booking, with forms to fill out, scan in and email back. I have to say it felt dodgy and at points I thought about changing the booking. Glad I didn’t cos the place and staff are amazing - but I’d say simplicity to the booking process would help.
