L’emplacement est parfait. Le personnel est très gentil. Le restaurant sur place était très bien car nous étions en demi-pension. La vue sur le lac est tout simplement splendide.

Staff were very friendly, and there were a lot of complimentary elements that enhanced our stay, e.g. welcome coconut water, fruit basket, biscuits, sunset afternoon tea (sandwiches and tea/coffee), one set of mocktails if you ate in the restaurant, transfer to train station. View from rooftop terrace was lovely, great place for sunset. And you are right on the city palace walls. Food was tasty.

Property insisted on payment in advance, and this was via a WhatsApp link. Repeatedly asked for a payment link via booking.com (something their sister hotel we stayed in elsewhere was able to do), but they wouldn't send the link via booking.com and threatened that if we didn't pay our booking would be cancelled and we'd be charged (ironically via booking.com). Deluxe double was VERY small, no where to even put a suitcase so living off the floor. Rooftop terrace had now shade, which was a shame as would have been nice to spend time their during the day.

Very good. The view from the bedroom window was truly beautiful, and the staff were very kind. If I visit Udaipur again, I will definitely stay at this place once more.

I really liked the ambience of the property and most importantly where it is located. Great food and friendly staff and fast service. Would love to come back here again.

It was ok, pretty basic but adequate

​We stayed in a lake view room and it was absolutely amazing! The views were simply stunning. ​The rooftop restaurant also offered a beautiful outlook, which made the dining experience extra special. The entire staff and the manager were consistently friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. ​The breakfast was light and healthy, which we appreciated, but the dinner quality could use some improvement. ​Overall, it was a fantastic stay! I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for couples.

Difficulté et stress au départ pour un paiement demandé à distance qui ne fonctionne pas malgré la pré réservation bancaire booking. Pour le taxi de l aéroport un peu de confusion. Dans la chambre un petit problème de bruit la nuit avec le congélateur ou la climatisation de la salle de restauration au dessus.
