The rooms looked just like the pictures. The location was great.

The host were really unpleasant. They kept speaking in a language (not English nor Spanish) we don’t understand in front of us and did no effort to be understood There is a lot of noise from the street.

We was close to lots of restaurants, the property had no help with the luggage and no car service, was a little disappointed.

This place is worst than a homeless shelter…my daughter booked this place on line based on the price and pictures. PLEASE DO NOT BE DECEIVED!! She called an hour after checking in because the place was a “dump” and she didn’t feel safe. We had booked online for 4 nights and was there less than an hour and they would not refund any of her funds. Did not have a credit card machine either the guy took a picture of the back and front of her credit card

Just the space of the room. It’s big.

The service. The staff are rude. No drinking water. no shampoos. They sold us water , when first asked, it was 1 dollar then when we came back after a few hours, they doubled the price. In the morning, at 9:45AM the lady knocked on our door so hard and non-stop and she opened the locked door with her master key even if the checkout time was 11am. IT RUINED OUR MOOD AND IT WAS A VEEERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Location and the room was very large.

Management/front desk was rude, impatient and communication was short/curt answers. I asked for someone to help me carry my luggage up four flights. None of them wanted to do it , one of them finally did. When I asked for assistance carrying our luggage down four flight of stairs, it was no one can do it. The refrigerator was dirty inside. there was no hot water!! There were bugs/ants throughout the room. The dog next-door started barking at 4 AM and didn’t quit until after 8 AM every day. Internet was very sporadic. Although their front lobby had Internet as they were watching TV.
