It was very close to the beach and within walking distance of many things. The cleaning ladies cleaned my room everyday, which wasn't necessary, but super nice to come back to a cool, clean room daily. They were so friendly! I locked myself out of my room one day, and they helped me get back in within a few minutes.

The room was super basic and didn't have a private balcony. The ad on booking.com made it seem like I'd have my own balcony. There was one day the hotel didn't have any water. They had it up and running by the end of the day tho. The showers were cold, unless you had it running for 30 mins to warm up.

"Great location and friendly staff"

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They carried our bags to our room. We got a great rate on golf cart rental. They were kind enough to take us to airport free of charge upon our departure.

No hot water our entire stay. No wash cloths or hand towels in room.

Expensive for what you get but so is the whole island. Had a electric jug and small fridge in the room. Good location and nice view from 3rd floor. Room was cleaned every day.

The little Indian (?) man in the office downstairs (owner?) needs to work on his manners. His English was also poor. No cutlery or bowls/cups in room yet they had an electric jug. Go figure. No free water.

They didn't communicate that they had a restaurant, bar, rooftop area and we forgot that from the time we'd booked many weeks before. That said the hotel is in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and all the water activities

Moldy feeling bathroom(it is the tropics so we didn't care-could be an issue for someone with allergies) The lobby of the hotel smells like gasoline, maybe they store stuff for their golf carts there, but I found it off-putting.
