Originally booked for 1 night, ended up staying for 4 nights. My trip was a surprise visit for my wife who was already in Bharuch 2 weeks prior. The stay at the Hotel was very relaxing and I needed it. Thank you for making my stay very comfortable. However, SOME members of staff pay no attention to the guests. It felt like if you had the same colour skin as theirs they wouldn't be concerned. If this wasn't an issue I would have given a 5/5. On the morning of the 25th & 26th me and my wife were there for Breakfast and 1 particular young man with spectacles was very welcoming. Unfortunately we didn't get his name. Young Girl at check-in and out, who is not a local, was also very welcoming.

The spa in bharuch at hyatt place was soo calming and soothing it was very clean and the service was realy good cetainly recommend it to try out they have lots of options u can choose from which u can book

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming throughout our visit, and the breakfast was very good. During breakfast, there was a kind and professional lady who always directed us to our table near the coffee section. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but she consistently looked after us and truly went above and beyond. I wasn’t able to find her on our last day to say goodbye, although I did see her earlier walking around with a baby. As always, Ikram was exceptional. He was extremely helpful and remembered us from last year’s visit, which made our stay even more special. He consistently went out of his way to assist us. We also needed some food to be cling-filmed, and he helped us immediately, along with a lovely young lady at the reception who was equally kind and accommodating. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with outstanding service. We look forward to returning again.

Just need to lower the temperature in the gym. The ac didn't work very well. The temperature was set at 24 degrees and it was locked
