Loved the room, lovely polite and helpful staff

The air conditioning in the gym did not work during my stay. After asking about it nearly every morning and checking the thermostat myself, I realized the temperature was locked at 24°C and could not be adjusted. This is something the hotel really needs to look into, especially in the gym, where it gets extremely hot while working out.

We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt. A special thank you to all the breakfast staff, especially Vikash and Rehaan, who were extremely kind, attentive, and accommodating. They really made our mornings pleasant. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again.

Staff were friendly and well informed the price was excellent

The pool was tiny and the water was very cold there was no cushions on the beds in the pool area the gym was just a few items need to improve

Very professional and efficient staff. Always spotlessly clean. Excellent food. Always a pleasure to return to.

Not strictly the hotels responsibility but the taxi area immediately at the front of the hotel is a little disorganised. Perhaps the hotel could consider how to improve.
