Otel personeli oldukça kibar ve ilgiliydi.Her konuda bize çok yardımcı oldular. 1 yaşında bebeğimizle sorun olmadı.İstediğiniz zaman ihtiyacınız için ulaşabiliyorsunuz ve hemen gideriyorlar. Temizlik açısından gayet güzeldi. Doğandan ve Emrah Beye teşekkürler.

Well-maintained, clean, and cozy. And the breakfast buffet was great.

The room was comfortable overall, but the shower water remained very hot even after adjusting the temperature. The room temperature was also a bit warm.

Personnel très accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le service client via WhatsApp, joignable tout au long de mon séjour, avec des réponses rapides et un véritable souci du détail. L’équipe prenait régulièrement de mes nouvelles et s’assurait que tout se passait bien. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié leur aide lorsqu’ils ont retrouvé et conservé l’argent que j’avais oublié dans ma chambre après mon départ. Ce geste témoigne d’un grand professionnalisme et d’une honnêteté exemplaire. Un excellent niveau de service du début à la fin.

Rien de particulier à signaler. Mon séjour a été très agréable.
